Productivity!
Mar. 18th, 2019 03:46 pmStuff I'm Working On Right Now:
1) Black-and-Gray Scarf! I'm probably about a third of the way done with it, and while it's obviously not finished by any means, I'm feeling tremendously accomplished.
2) Not feeling ashamed/self-conscious of my Adult-Oriented fanfiction, especially the stuff I'd written two or three years ago. Is it awkward? Yes. Is it something that I'm happy with? Also yes.
3) Husband and I are slowly catching up with current movies. We've seen Ocean's 8, Ralph Breaks The Internet, and Venom (2018), via renting from Redbox. Part of this is staying on top of pop culture for our own sakes, and part of it is pre-screening movies far, faaaar in advance for kiddo. Another part of it, in my case, is that I'm trying to keep up with fandom.
4) Writing a little bit every day, even if it's only a sentence, even if it's not fanfiction, even if it's just making a to-do list or keeping track of accomplishments.
Spring also starts this week, so we're all trying to get in the swing of Spring cleaning. I think something I ought to do for that is getting my computer documents into properly-sorted folders, rather than free-wheelin' around. I've been pretty lax about it, but I really need to organize things better. Is anyone else doing "unconventional" Spring Cleaning?
