mere_vanillaI finally found a book I've been looking for since I'd read it in elementary school, pre-2000s. It was about a boy who grew wings, aptly titled "Wings", but I never actually found the right book. Thanks, New York Public Library website, for search tips! Apparently, I have to specify the kind of wings the main character grew! Sheesh. The book is "Wings" by Bill Brittain.
