Happy Halloween
It's Halloween of 2020, and:
-I went to get gelato with the husband and kiddo
-I was able to wash a few more loads of laundry over the weekend
-Wore a skirt for the first time in... I want to say a few years? I wore a second skirt under it, for lack of a proper petticoat, as well as a pair of capri yoga(?) pants I've had for almost four years. Very warm, but not overly so
-Shared Spirited Away with kiddo for the first time yesterday. Kiddo's seen Kiki's Delivery Service and Ponyo, but this is the first time we've shown anything quote-unquote "scary" to them. Kiddo was unsure at first, especially the early parts, but warmed up when we started explaining things (e.g., the characters wanting different things/outcomes, so that's why said characters are making certain choices and doing certain actions).
-Husband handed out quarantine candy by way of a six foot long table
-We watched a few more episodes of Serial Experiments Lain during one of kiddo's rare naps
And that's about it!
