(no subject)

I made a triple-batch of key lime pie yesterday evening. I also successfully made meringue with the leftover egg whites! Which has helped me realize that, dang, do I not like meringue! ...Nor do I like most marshmallow-based confections (with the exception of fudge!).

Last weekend, I did a raw recording of one of the short stories Friend had written; this weekend, I'm hoping to clean it up and find a place to host it (I've heard good things about soundcloud).

This morning I had a productive video therapy session, since, y'know. Can't go places. It's been good! I'm getting a lot out of it. Having video sessions has been a lot better for getting up earlier and having a bit of time to myself beforehand, as well. I get to poke around online, or work on stuff before kiddo or husband are up, and I get to breathe as me, rather than exclusively as "mama". Which, don't get me wrong--I love my family; however, enmeshment is not healthful.
